Who will win HoH? Who will be evicted? Let's find out!
How has the HoH competition progressed? Daniele says that she is doomed if the competition has anything to do with cold water. Unfortunately for her, the rain was the coldest water she had ever felt. As the competition went on, goo and feathers exploded on the HG. After two hours, Daniele was shivering and crying terribly. Dick tried to calm her, but nothing was working. Daniele told Dick to distract Zach. Dick started going off, which got Daniele laughing. Zach refused to respond to Dick throughout his rant. Just short of three hours, Daniele slipped off her carrot. She was miserable and returned inside the house to take a hot shower. Zach started mocking Dick after a while, which made him look quite ridiculous. Dick was shocked at Zach's suddent outbursts. Daniele returned outside to coach Dick along. After five hours, Dick began to shake and shiver. Daniele told Dick that she loved him in hopes of boosting his spirits. Dick told Zach that he was doing better than he expected. Zach began to shake as well. After 7 hours and 32 minutes, Dick gave up. Zach congratulated Dick on his incredible effort. Daniele wasn't bothered by Dick's loss and was glad that he gave it his all. Dick was disappointed in himself that he let Daniele down. Zach was thrilled that he finally beat Dick.
Time for Part 2! Daniele says that her and Dick can choose whoever they want to win this part, but they agreed that they would both go for it. The HG had to grab pieces of a squiggly line from a large water tank and transfer them to another water tank. The lines would go in a path that arranged in the order of HoH winners. Daniele had trouble holding her breath underwater. Dick seemed to have an easier time with the competition. Daniele finished the competition with a time of 24:09, while Dick finished in 12:48. Dick wins Part 2! Zach didn't care who he faced off against, as long as he won in Part 3. He says that it would be amazing if he beat Dick twice. Daniele was embarassed with her Part 2 performace. Dick is sure that he will crush Zach in Part 3, but Daniele isn't so sure. Time to talk with the HG! Daniele says that she never thought she would have developed such a stronger bond with Dick over the last few months. Dick said that he gave up in Part 1 because his legs were killing him, but he stayed up there so long because of Daniele. Zach says that his whole body, including his brain, became numb during Part 1, which is why he was able to ignore Dick's rants during the competition.
Time to check in on the jury! Amber and Dustin think that Eric and Jessica are in love. The jury was extremely disappointed to see Jameka as the next juror. Eric wasn't surprised. The jury was impressed with Zach standing up to Daniele and Dick.
Time for Part 3! The competition involved questions about statements said by the jurors in the jury house. The competition is in a Best-of-6 format. Dick got 3, and Zach got 2, making Dick the final HoH!
Zach congratulated Daniele and Dick on a job well done. Daniele said that she would be honored to sit next to Dick in the finals. Obviously, Dick evicted Zach from the BB house. Time for Zach's talk with Julie! Zach said that he knew he had to lay low after the break-up of the MRA. He also tried to get close with Daniele following Nick's eviction. When Zach realized that he couldn't get into an alliance with anyone, he knew he had to win competitions. Zach says that he went up with the best players in the game this season. Zach thinks that he could become friends with Daniele and Dick after the game. Zach says that he nominated Daniele and Dick to show the jury that he was standing up to them finally. Daniele said that she had some great times with Zach in the house and still considers him a friend. Dick said that he put up a great fight and that he will realize how far off base he was thinking that he was the best strategist in the game.

The father daughter alliance isnt the problem the fact that Dick couldnt be voted out when they had the chance because America forced Eric to keep Dick now that the problem. Congrats to all the White Trash Scum of America you took a good show and ruined it as usual. Just like when america kept that idiot Sanjaya in AI for so long. America is a joke. As I am not always able to watch the show itself and I am very impatient on waiting to see what happens this site was a joy to have and appears to have always been accurate. The only negative that I have is to the people who do not realize that this is a game and judge people on how they act when playing a game for money. Its a game and while some of what was done was a little bothersome it was done due to the game. Thanks again and I look forward to visting with you next year for BB9!

There was a comment some time ago about Zach not having much water sprayed on him versus Dick getting soaked.
It may have looked like that on the show, but on the feed, you could see they were both getting it. They were getting sprayed by guy holding hoses on the scaffolding above. Dick cussed at them several times, and said I hate you guys. Apparently one of the hoses was colder than the other, and they'd switch them up from time to time.
Everyone vote for Dick and watch Danielle kiss his ass to get her hands on some of the money. Hopefully he will give most of it to the son who actually kept up a relationship with his dad.

What Dick spouted off goes deep to the core of an individual. I've had black eyes and broken bones. They have healed. The verbal abuse that I endured is FOREVER burned into my soul. First of all, I thought I was dealing with someone with half a brain who would have been able to tell that yes, I too have been a
"victim" of all of those abuses without actually having to SAY it.
Obviously, I was wrong.
Second, what I said was that words are just that, as years of counseling taught me.
But, physical/sexual abuse is far more damaging.
And people like you who equate the way someone on a TV SHOW acts, to you or I or millions of other abuse "victims", diminishes TRUE abuse. I am glad you got away from you're abuser, I wasn't so lucky.
I was a child and mine was in my house and supposed to be the one to protect me.
But, guess what? When I grew up,
I CHOSE not to be a victim anymore and I CHOSE not to have that define who I am.
All I was saying was that it's a far cry from the REAL abuse people endure evryday. I'm not condoning it. But, it's a FLIPPIN TV show & if you hated it so much, why were you still watching up to the end?

Its a good thing that CBS can change the rules, and can help direct the show. If they do it right (like they did) it makes for great TV. So we're the real winners, as witnessed by posting on a blog long after the show has ended.
I think they had a slight hand in keeping Eric, and keeping ED. I think they tried to assist Eric with the selection of the type of game in his last veto contest. I don't think they had much hand in the end. Keeping Eric and ED in made the show better, however it happened.

If they have $500K, that's $250 after tax. If it goes all to one, and they give half to the other, they can gift up to $50K I believe, then they pay taxes AGAIN on the remainder.
This is going to cause big fights I think. I'm sure neither of these two has accountants, and hopefully they can structure something good, but I think the tax man will get most if they split it.

i'm not a fan of D&D like a lot of people but i have to hand it to them on the win. they stuck together and really played the game on their terms. the losers in this game were stupid when they did not vote out the strongest alliance. all those people in the jury house have themselves to blame for losing the game.
i also believe the america's player was horrible idea, the game would have been totally different if eric would have voted the way he wanted.

For those who still think D&D overcame great odds and plyed the best strategy ever, rewatch the beginning of tonights episode.
Normally we would at least a couple shots of the actual competition winner. Instead we have some B.S fallen hero music with long shots of the valiant Sir Dick, defeated by a giant ogre.
BB could at least have been a little more subtle about their meddling this year.

ED was saying during the bunny hop how surreal it was with the rain coming down and the light from above and big ole Zach pointed his finger ED and came up with a sinister laugh. Creeped ED out, thought he was like the Joker.
So ED got a little psych play back at him.
That whole night was surreal if you ask me.
this season was GREAT tv but i will say, in some ways, it was disappointing and though not "rigged" per se, it was certainly not fair. nothing is ever fair I guess and everyone has advantages and disadvantages, but really, a bond like father/daughter is completely unlike any other, even if you are in an estranged relationship. there is no competing with that and I agree with the previous poster who said Will & Boogie's alliance was far superior because they were complete strangers and still managed to do so much.
All that said, it's not like the other HG weren't aware that D&D were family and that Dick would do anything to keep Danielle around. Given the baised situation, all the other HG are COMPLETE IDIOTS for not trying to get one of them out.
While they did a good job (obviously, as they are in the finals) I think it begs to be said again that they would not be at all where they were if Eric didn't have to vote out Dustin. I would hope that once they watch the tapes and see how much help they had from America, Dick will be a little more humble about how he was "the master of this game."
Eric as AP? oh eric, I know you got money and everyone says that you won in your own right, but really, for someone like Eric who so passionately wanted to play this game, i regret he didn't get to play it the way he wanted. Everyone says it's unfair that he got information from America, but really, look where that got him. It really just screwed him over.
I think if you watch this show again, you'll always have to acknowledge that it is never goingg to be a truly fair situation for everyone, so given that, who played the best with the hand they were dealt?
This season, I guess it's going to be the Donatos. what a damn shame.

so true. It has been fun blogging here however, the other night when zach won the first round was oh so much fun. I have left so many comments here is almost been an obsession and now it is near an end, it is almost sad. Its funny how easy it has been on here to get people riled up whether I was cheering for Zach or Cheering for Dick its been a whole lot of fun. I still say Will Kirbys the best, and Janneles the hottest. Its been fun while it lasted.
Yes, congrats to D&D I'm happy for them. I was rooting for Zach recently, but I'm fine with these guys winning. I'm surprised at all the polarity on the issue, people take it personally I guess.

I so hope to God that Dick wins. Danielle is whiney, thinking she's the greatest thing to have graced any Big Brother house. She's been riding in on her FATHER'S coat-tails the whole season... she's so fake. If she wins, the "progress" in their relationship will cease and Dick will be left in the dust: no money, no daughter.
I'm sad to see these 2 in the final two, but since one has to win, I hope to God it's Dick.

It is Dicks despicable behavior that turned people off, not whther it worked or not.
There are two kinds of Dick lovers in the world. Those who never watched a second of the feeds and only wathced the show (I can only hope this was the majority) and those who gained some insight into their otherwise memory suppressed childhoods (you know, the one shooting cats with beebee guns from the sofa on their front porch.
I hope that isn't too harsh, I know it is not polite to make fun of the slow-witted, but I am in a foul mood

I believe the first definition is what you were so DES~perately trying to convey, however, your posts lean more to the latter one.

I grew up in a upper~middle class neighborhood (see: suburbs) in the Northeast.
So the only exposure I've had with gawd~fearin', back~woods, red~necks like yourself, has been with movies like Deliverance & our current president.

I haven't been a great dad. My daughter hasn't spoken to me for about a quarter of her life. Part her fault, part mine... but, yes... I am the adult, well now we both are, but point is made. We have, or she has always had a love hate relationship with me. I think she gets me, but she doesn't. Is that her fault? I am fucked up, how is she supposed to get that? How is she supposed to understand that? She has been an adolescent teenage girl, she is now 20, how am I supposed to get that? I hated my sister at that age. My first love, at that age, it was hard and filled with confusion and fighting and feelings beyond my understanding then... and now to be honest. But I think then they are, were, so new and never experienced before that it was magnified by 1000+. Point being, I have never understood women, and more so, women of the teen age type. I just hope the damage isn't forever, but the time, the years lost are forever..... and with the thoughts of leaving, it makes it that much harder.

Everyone knows that when Daniele leaves the BB8 house, she will pull the same crap she did before with her dad. She's in it for the monnneeeyyyy.
My dad and sister have not see and talk each other for 30yr and I have not see my sister for 18yr but talk on phone last time was 3yr ago. My mom and dad got divorce when I was little 2yr old and later my mom took my sister away from me when she was 12yr old then I'm alone then my dad left with other woman while I live with stepmother until I'm turn 18yr in middle school year stepmother kick me out next day of my brithday 18 . now my dad marry 3 time all wife dead my dad got new woman his life is lot younger be like 30ish my dad is 71yr last time I see him in feb I'm done with my dad he never going change I got wife and two great boys in my life I'm not going about my dad and sister both is jack @ss. Well that my story . Lucky For dick & dani get back together.

way to go father and daughter team. Or are you really a team. ED, please keep trying to communicate with dani, but don't be surprised if she just walks away after this is all over. Vincent will keep you going and then maybe your daughter will learn that she has her own little spot in your world. As for your strategy, it was alittle rough around the corner, but it worked. Every BB has a villian, I guess you're it, but I have to tip my hat off to you, because you played the mental game like a marine DI and it proved who could take the pressure, too bad that cry baby dustin is still crying and moaning about the same things that he was complaining about when he left. I hope you come out on top.
I can't stand how smug and arrogrant Dustin is in the jury house. He is nothing and a loser on top of that seeing as how he is evicted. Eric is pathetic and Jessica will be crushed when she finds out how BAD he lied playing as America's Player. I don't even have words to describe Jameka. Daniele and Dick did have the targets on their back and we saw a mini-Janalle this season with Daniele tieing the 6 win of veto competitions. Daniele will get the jury votes and if Dick remains treating her the way he treated her in the house Daniele will not desert him.
