9/14-15 Live Feeds: 7:00 PM-10:00 AM

It was probably the most boring night thus far in the house. What has happened in the last 15 hours? Here's the latest events from inside the BB house!

Daniele and Dick made up some ground by having dinner together. Dick made chicken Parmesan and gave the leftovers to the producers. Dick is sure that BB will make a montage of Amber crying for the show. Daniele thinks that has already happened. (It's happened several times!)

Daniele went to bed at around 10:30 PM because she wasn't feeling very well. BB gave the HG a box containing 9 different games, so Dick stayed up playing that. The box includes games like Parcheesi, poker, chess, checkers, Chinese checkers, in addition to others. Dick thinks that this season was one of the best so far to watch, possibly the best since BB2 or BB3. Dick went to bed at around 1:00 AM.

Dick was back up at around 4:15 AM. Daniele was back up about 30 minutes later. She and Dick played cards while eating an early breakfast. They once again rehashed the season and agree that Eric and Jessica's showmance was lame. Dick started to play Chinese checkers and recalled a time when he hate one of the Chinese checkers marbles and pooped it out, so his mother saved it. Daniele and Dick returned to bed at around 7:15 AM.

Dick was back up yet again about an hour later. He went outside and could hear loud noises from inside the walls. He started mocking something he heard about a Los Angeles City Council event. Daniele is still asleep as I post this!

That does it for the last 15 hours! Expect much of the same until after tonight's jury questioning!

I really hope that Dick wins the money. First, even though Daniele won competitions, he was the brains behind the duo and second, I'm sure she will not share the money, but he will.

Hey, if she wins and doesn't share, does their verbal agreement to share constitute a binding contract? If he sued her, would he win?

Anonymous said...

No a verbal agreement is not a binding contract.

Anonymous said...

All the money would be used up in legal fees anyway

Anonymous said...

I have hear rumor and I hope they are just rumors. But has anyone hear that if Daniele wins there will be a lawsuit because when she started the show she was only 20 years old. someone please let me know. thanks

does anyone know when the jury questions are and wat time is premieres??

Anonymous said...

Do we know for a fact that you have to be 21 to be on BB? I can't imagine that CBS would allow anyone to go on the show if that is a rule. 18 is the age of consent so why can't a 20 year old be on a reality tv show? She didn't drink alcohol so I don't see where the problem is. MTV has been putting people under 21 on their reality shows for years.

CBS has the right to change the rules as they see fit

Anonymous said...

this is not the first time somebody was only 20 when they started big brother

i think that is a rumor started by someone jealous of Danielle. CBS has to scrutinize each applicant for legal reasons. her birthdate was checked and they do background checks on all who win a spot on the game. again, for legal reasons

MIchelle BB4 was only 19 when she did BB

so let it go whith the age ?

they aren't aloud to share the money, it is in their contracts,so no he wouldn't win.

Anonymous said...

Really though must not be a factor seeing how they have auditioned together for three years running, sure the age limit isn't eighteen?

Anonymous said...

It does not matter what the age limit is. If CBS wants to allow someone under the age of 21 to compete they have every right to do so.

If she wins the money there will be no law suit to answeryour question.

Rumors will fly but truth be told if she couldn't win she wouldn't be in there at all.

As far as them sharing the money. OF COURSE they are going to share, DUH they even said out loud a couple times there were. I think CBS is aware of that too. The check will be made out to the winner and the second place will get their check. It will be put into their own banks I am sure and after that they can do whatever they want because who is going to be able to prove anything.

Zack tried to make a deal with Jameka about money and CBS reprimanded him but what really can they do?? Come one, LOL!

Anonymous said...

I just went to http://www.theoriginaleveldick.com/ I like Dick but $20 for a tee and $35 for a signed tee is too much... I love EVEL DICK and that's all, no creativity at all.

Anonymous said...

I'm sure after CBS cuts the checks it will be more of what they have to deal with the IRS than anything. I think you can gift up to $10,000/year to someone without having to pay taxes, but over that they have to claim it and pay taxes on it as income, so they'll have to have a good lawyer and tax accountant to help them out. Their lives will get VERY busy once they get out of the house, not only for media appearances, but they will have alot of business to deal with. Money takes alot of time and brains to deal with. It's not easy, and you can't just "buy" people to handle it for you... not as easy as you would think.

Anonymous said...

Does it matter who wins? The producers fixed the whole game this year with "America's Player". Hope they get previous years producers back next year and return the game to what it used to be.

A verbal agreement is binding in ALL STATES. The Statute of frauds requires a signed writing only when dealing with land contracts and contracts involving money over a certain amount, which varies by state.

Let's hope that CBS fires the producers from this season...totally messed this game up! Losers.

Anonymous said...

So if a verbal agreement is a binding contract,

how come when Zach promised Dick and Dani that he would not put them on the block together, and then he did.

Perhaps they should sue him.

LOL!!

Geez people, this forum is becoming way too laughable.

As much as I dislike Dani;s whiney selfish ways, including how she egged her father thoughout to be abusive to others, I find it very sitateful that we would reward an abuse with money. Therefore, I hope Dan wins and she keeps to her selfish ways and doesnt give him a DIME!!!' She'll likely go thru it in n time anyway and be back to her same life. One can hope. Neither one deserve it.

The End. No happy ending here folks...just one great BIG dysfunctional family plugging along.

If you are so bored with watching them, then, um, why are you?

You want entertainment from a father and daughter, that have been holed up in a house for more than 2 months, and they have no one else to talk to.

Perhaps you should watch some football...

Regardless of how many of you are out there complaining about this season of BB, I for one, have found this to be one of the best seasons yet. And I would venture to say that those of you who are complaining so loudly, also, have found this to be an exciting year. Otherwise, you would not continue to watch the show.

Dick definitely has been a very strong player, he did not ride anyones "coattails", especially not his daughters. If I remember right, Dick actually won 3 HOH comps, one more than anyone else.

All the houseguests have had their little issues and tantrums. They all connived in their own little ways. They all backstabbed, called names, got in each others faces - even sweet Jameka. Her mouth was not as clean as some of you might think.

I for one can hardly wait for Tuesday's show - I hope the jury will give Dick the win as his strategy was unbeatable. And regardless of his foul language (which is not a sin, air polution maybe, but not a sin), he was not perfect, however, he was one of the more open and honest players this season.

I also want to see the mouths drop on the other houseguests when Eric's role is revealed and how much money he received. He completed 20 of 26 tasks, $40,000, according to www.cbs.com/primetime/bigbrother8/americas_player

This has been a great site to go to, thank you so much for the quick updates (exciting & boring & inbetweener's). Thank you to the administrator of this site - job well done.

Peace out;)

A list of the conspiracies that the evicted HG's fall back on:

--Father daughter.....unfair

--Danis' age .....

-- Americas Player

-- Dicks so called coded letter

-- The CBS producers

-- The tea incident

-- The cigarette incident

-- Rode each others coattails, also known as....TEAMWORK...

-- the blue ball incident

-- Dick yelling

-- Dani whining

My goodness people all these excuses that y'all keep coming up with.

The Dons' outplayed EVERYONE ELSE! Earlier it was posted that all the D and D lovers had abandoned.

Nope.
Why can't people give them credit for winning? Y'all are showing how much of sore losers you all are.

Lighten up. Big Brother will be over on Tuesday, and you will all get up on Wednesday, and probably forgotten about all of this by noon.

And you will still be watching CBS.

Whew!

Why are you guys complaining about them now? When they were strategizing to work on winning the game all you people did was complain about what terrible people they were (lies, manipulating, etc.). What would you rather have Eric and Jesica making out for the next four days...eewwwwwww!!!!! If that's your choice, cable has other channels that supply that type of entertainment.

Anonymous said...

If Zach were still there...

You could watch the feeds of him

.... sleeping ........

Anonymous said...

Dick and Daniele are probably just as eager to get out of that house!!! There's really nothing left for them to do but wait until Tuesday.

Anonymous said...

The jury should stick it to the daughter and vote for the a hole father...can't wait for this BB to be over...the last two people were nothing but abusive creeps. If I had a wife or sister on that show I would beat the s_i t out of that m f er.

Anonymous said...

Now if Dani and Nick were still there...

Holy cow!! The rabbits in the backyard would be applauding!!!

Anonymous said...

I think it is terrible that BB didn't do somethin with Dick. His language and tactics were sickening. I have watched every show of BB since it started but I am shocked that BB let it happen. I don't want to see Dick or Danielle get it! They trashed everybody on the show!! They are trash!!!!!

Anonymous said...

When are the juty questions? I know they'll show them on tomorrow's show, but will they be on the feeds before that?

Anonymous said...

Man, here comes the language police again.

This was his strategy, how crass it may be, but still part of his strategy.

Remember Kail? He admitted he had gotten so far into her head he needed a miners light to see.

He got into everyones head. He found their weakness and stomped.
Why? Because it was a game.

Jen withheld it as much as possible, and I think thats why he kept at her, because she deflected him off.

He tried to rattle people to get them off of their game, and succeeded.

JMO.....

Anonymous said...

If zach was still there we could actually look forward towards the finale.
I mean don't get me wrong I was a fan of the donatos but seriously having to root for one of them against someone else would have been more entertaining and I could have looked forward to it.
Now it's only a waste of a show.

I don't think Daniell cares for Dick as much as her Dad cares and loves her .

She is too manipulative daughter for a person like Dick who seems to be decent father really put him self before her in honest way. If he is clever , he should think and give up on grown up daughther and just take care of him, unfortunately he thniks she a small girl blind folded by father love ...

By the way I didnt like dick trashing evey one , he got in to every ones head .. , but he played the game that way ..

DID ANYONE NOTICE POORT ZACH DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO SPELL EVIL , he said EVEL speleed when nominating D& D.

I think Daniell will win , run away with money .., if she looses she will on dicks back ,,,

September 15, 2007 6:55 PM

I know this is a dead horse and it doesnt matter but 2:22 was correct. An this is from the state of Texas

Quote:
CHAPTER 26. STATUTE OF FRAUDS

§ 26.01. PROMISE OR AGREEMENT MUST BE IN WRITING. (a) A
promise or agreement described in Subsection (b) of this section is
not enforceable unless the promise or agreement, or a memorandum of
it, is
(1) in writing; and

(2) signed by the person to be charged with the promise
or agreement or by someone lawfully authorized to sign for him.
(b) Subsection (a) of this section applies to:

default, or miscarriage of another person;

(5) a lease of real estate for a term longer than one
year;
(6) an agreement which is not to be performed within
one year from the date of making the agreement;
(7) a promise or agreement to pay a commission for the
sale or purchase of:
(A) an oil or gas mining lease;

(C) minerals; or
(D) a mineral interest; and

cure relating to medical care or results thereof made by a physician
or health care provider as defined in Section 74.001, Civil
Practice and Remedies Code. This section shall not apply to
pharmacists.

THEY PLAYED THE GAME WELL. DON'T RAIN ON THEIR PARADE!

2:22 You need to check the law before you spot off. A verbal contract is very much binding.

For example, you agree to buy a car from a friend for $5,000. Two other people are thereand hear you agree to it. You take the car and a couple of weeks later decide it was only worth $3,000 and that's all you pay. You CAN be taken to court & you will lose. Epecially with 3 witnesses. No paper, just a veral contract.

Or you interview for a job and you are offered a job for $3,000 a week. First paper check comes around and you find they are only paying you $2,500. No offer letter. But you can prove that was the original offer. Again YOU will win!!!

So you ARE wrong. This is likely to happen here though because it could get muddy because of the other clause that say they can't share. Believe me, CBS has their butts ocvered. Contract say you can't share, but they are father and daughter. Do you think other winners haven't shared with their family?

CBS will cover their a**es so the only people being screwed are the people watching it.

Who cares if the they share the money or set it on fire. And of course a verbal agreement is binding if there are witnesses or it is caught on tape. It is NOT binding if it is a he said she said situation with no proof. Any smart lawyer would not take on a case like that without proof. ANd you would be a dumbass if you took a job without getting your pay in some form of writing. It could be in the add for the job or the offer letter. But that it is in WRITING and not a verbal agreement.

Man BB8 is so boring now it has turned into law talk. They should throw them all back in the house together for the last few days

Anonymous said...

I do not think there is a clause where they can not share. I think its jus that you can not use the money to bribe or blackmail another houseguest into something. Didn't Zach make some kind of offer to Jameka and got yelled at by BB?

Ok...All of the D&D haters are just angry because the "good People" didn't win. First off, lets rethink these "Good people"

1. Amber is a self confessed manipulator, drug addict and found god only to win a game show.

2. Dustin tried to be like ED but got his gay little butt spanked...He is not a good person because he is going against god by sleeping with other men.. ITS ADAM AND EVE NOT ADAM AND STEVE.

3. Jameka made some very rude comments about dick and Danni...She talked about how they have probably had sex...That was such a christian thing to say.

4. Eric and Jessica made a deal with the devil and he eventually burned them...their bad.

As for people saying that CBS predetermined the outcome...SHUT UP!!! Any person in that house could have formed a strong bond with another player and end up in the finals....Oh wait several tried...ERIC AND JESSICA...AMBER AND DUSTIN....JEN AND KAIL HMMMMM SOUNDS PREDETERMINED TO ME...

THE DONATOS DOMINATED THIS GAME BECAUSE THEY ARE EXCELLENT COMPETITORS....BETWEEN THE TWO OF THEM 5 HOH'S AND AT LEAST 8 VETOS...GET OVER IT PEOPLE
